The summary captures your experience well. Your phone seems to lose connection intermittently on its own, and you've already checked various fixes without success. It might be a device-specific issue rather than something affecting other devices.

I overlooked something important. Phone: TCL 10L using Android 11 with the newest updates. The network setup uses a daisy-chained ISP modem connected to a TP-Link N600 via Ethernet to reduce signal loss and act as an extender for the rest of the house. I've added antennas to extend coverage, but my phone still disconnects completely.

It seems the phone might have a software glitch, which can often be resolved by performing a factory reset. Alternatively, there could be a problem with the internal WiFi hardware. Budget phones typically have lower quality components, making them less durable compared to higher-end models. If the issue persists after a reset, replacing the device would likely be the most effective solution.
