There was a recent driver update for my graphics card (RX 580). I completed the download and reboot. It only showed one monitor, and all games would crash right after launching. I attempted to reinstall the driver but received a compatibility error. I used a DDU to clear it, then reinstalled the driver again. Both monitors worked temporarily. Later, during Counter Strike 2, my graphics card crashed again—rebooting didn’t help; it only displayed on one monitor and ignored the other. I used DDU once more, but now my system powers on and plays like it should be logged in, yet no display appears. I tried reseating the GPU, but nothing changed. I’m unsure what to do next. Please assist.

Take a moment to breathe calmly, open your PC, ensure proper installation, and verify the PCIe power connector is fully seated. Do a quick 30-second check. If you hear Windows, proceed by connecting to just one monitor using the same cable. Switch HDMI to DisplayPort or vice versa if needed. If none of your video cards connect to a single monitor, let me know. Also, unplug the monitor’s power for a minute before testing.

It seems the PCI-e power cable is connected correctly, but only one monitor appears. The output works, though it’s unclear which port is active. You might want to reinstall the drivers. Also, games are still crashing despite this.
