I recently observed that my CPU temperatures on the 3700X were fairly high, around 50-60°C during idle time. I ran a user benchmark and was shocked to find my components underperforming. If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this, it would be very helpful. My UserBenchmark link is here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/39458808

Check the CPU heat while under stress, like when using Cinebench.

times work well. userbenchmark is poor quality. the main problem is your 2400MHz ram.

Sure, I'm considering an upgrade but need to figure out the best speeds for my CPU.
