I attempted to replicate the previous situation. The memory usage increased gradually, notably slower than before. Here are the screenshots from the Task Manager as requested: http://imgur.com/a/2bs37
It looks like even after restarting your computer, the RAM usage remains unchanged. At startup, it reported 57% usage with roughly 8.4GB in use. That doesn’t seem typical.
