Hey, I see you've been having some issues with your PC lately. It sounds like you're dealing with performance drops when changing volume levels or using windowed mode, and occasional freezes while watching videos. The specs you shared look solid overall—your motherboard supports the hardware you have, and the components seem to be up-to-date. The keyboard situation might be worth double-checking, especially if it's affecting responsiveness. If you're still unsure, let me know what you think about testing with a different keyboard or running diagnostics.

It seems there might be a concern about a driver-related problem. Would you like me to check for any updates?

I really don't understand the problem, maybe it's about drivers, but I'll share this. If you're struggling and the issue continues, try resetting the windows—it often fixes strange problems.

The main cause of lower FPS often comes from graphics configurations that exceed your device's capabilities. Improving performance can involve upgrading components like the CPU, adding more RAM, or using a more recent graphics card.

All files were refreshed completely, even after a full reset. The system reinstalled everything without issues.

Your system's performance may be affected by background processes consuming resources. The issue could stem from resource-heavy applications running in the background, which might impact overall stability. Consider checking for excessive memory usage or paging activity.
