It depends on having a solid power supply; it should protect your setup. If you have a fan spinning, issues could range from loose RAM to damaged CPU or motherboard. I recommend checking and re-seating the RAM first. Disconnect storage devices to prevent more harm or data loss. If your CPU uses integrated graphics, take the GPU out of the picture.

It seems your PSU isn't rated and falls under 80+, possibly with no additional details. That might be why it didn't show up.

Your GPU is operating at 1x Gen 3 performance. The debug indicators are located in the bottom right corner of the board.

Sorry, the issue seems to be that the LED is on the side of the board and the label is being blocked by the GPU. Your board also has a PCIe slot available.

The issue came without warning. The damaged RAM affected performance, but I managed to fix it by swapping in a new motherboard and installing a Ryzen 5 5600. It functioned properly with the 3070Ti.
