The Noctua should be fine, it's almost as good as a 280 AIO, better than a few 240 rads. But, I wouldn't worry about an AIO leaking. I've had my PC in my 18-Wheeler for just over a year and it hasn't developed a leak.

The 64GB is excessive and the Dominator is a poor investment. With the 1080Ti coming soon, I wouldn’t purchase a Titan right now.
