your intel i5 11400f is operating at 51°c and 3.21ghz, but it doesn’t even reach turbo to 4.40ghz under full load. when you ran cinebench r23 it stayed cool. your system runs on an acer predator orion 3000 with a gtx 1650 and windows 11.

The 11400F doesn’t reach a turbo speed of 4.40 GHz when fully loaded. It only hits that pace with just one core running. Background processes usually block it from ever attaining that level. Consider using ThrottleStop. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/ Many factors can stop an Intel CPU from using turbo boost. Share some ThrottleStop screenshots with FIVR and TPL logs. Execute the built-in TS Bench as a single-threaded test. Capture the main ThrottleStop window while it runs so I can check the reported speed and load. Some games may reset turbo limits to zero, which can turn off boost. Your TPL image should indicate whether this issue exists.
