Your CPU stops working unexpectedly.
You have the specs of your R5 1600 A320M with 8GB RAM, GTX 1070, and an 750W PSU. The CPU was fine during gaming last night but failed the morning after. Debug reported a CPU error, and the shop said the CPU is dead while the motherboard looks okay. After removing the CPU, you found black material on the pins. Since you can't get an RMA, what should you do next?
I believe the CPU should be okay; destroying one under regular conditions is tough. The motherboard appears damaged and needs replacement. Make sure to clean the CPU fins first.
The motherboard appeared okay during testing, but the actual chip failed to start and wouldn’t boot at all.
I purchased it recently and have owned it for some time now. If you acquired it on eBay just a few days ago, I should reach out to them and submit a claim.
