The term "mobile" indicates the CPU is designed for mobile or portable use, optimized for performance in less powerful devices.

Based on what I've noticed on Reddit, it seems like a temporary issue—no cause for concern.

It's apparently a glitch in the CPU-Z database - The info isn't actually pulled directly from the hardware (not all of it at least) just a couple of indicators that pulls the rest of the info.

It really fits logically that CPU-Z would misidentify a mobile chip as a CPU. The label "Picasso" is clearly visible for the code name. The Ryzen APUs are built on mobile designs rather than desktop ones. The 3400G belongs to the Picasso Zen+ lineup, similar to the Ryzen 5 3500U, making it more aligned with mobile processors than desktop chips like the Pinnacle Ridge Ryzen 5 2600.
