You're experiencing high CPU usage even with a solid setup. There are ways to ease the load: consider offloading some tasks to your GPU, optimizing game settings, or using resource management tools.

Valorant is well understood. If I recall right, it's designed to rely more on the CPU than the GPU, which helps it run smoothly on lower-end systems. In any case, most people adjusted the maximum frames per second to match the screen refresh rate to eliminate the full 100% load.

You cannot transfer any loads onto your GPU. Dujith suggested adjusting the frame rate limit in the settings or checking your fans' performance to see if they improve. If needed, you can turn off any CPU boost features or reduce the power limit using Intel's OC tool.

HZ refers to the refresh rate? Yes, I limited my FPS to 143 using a 144Hz display.

The best option seems to be an upgrade. Not doing it could lower your usage rate and increase temperature damage over time.

I have a Fractal Meshify C. Alpine 12 CO setup for CPU cooling, followed by one random Corsair fan for exhaust, two Uphere fans for exhaust, and two built-in fans for intake.
