I've been facing problems with MW2 lately—it keeps crashing. I own a Zotac GeForce RTX 3060ti Twin Edge GPU and a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, but I'm considering upgrading to the Ryzen 9 5700x tomorrow since I'm unsure what's happening. Any advice or resources would be great!

The CPU seems to be the problem because it's not performing tasks as expected, causing delays or errors during operation.

Event Viewer displays the error code and details during a crash, such as whether it was a CTD, freeze, BSOD, or another type. The crash nature is identified by the specific error message and system behavior observed.

You're focusing on the wrong aspect. The problem likely stems from instability due to overclocking or software conflicts. Start by resetting all hardware configurations and testing, then perform a clean Windows installation on a backup drive and verify stability through CPU, GPU, and memory checks.
