I recently assembled my second PC three days back, and so far I've only played CSGO and Warframe. I'm worried if my CPU is overheating or running too hot given I'm not gaming intensely. Any suggestions to manage this? I'm using the EXPO setting in BIOS.

Could you clarify the details? What device are you using? Is it positioned correctly? What type of case is it? Does it occur when running at full speed or default settings?

The clock speeds seem too high for the stock BIOS settings. Would you like me to disable EXPO in the BIOS?

The stock cooler isn't sufficient for this CPU. You can try setting up the system to check functionality, but for serious tasks or gaming, an aftermarket cooler is necessary.

Ensure proper ventilation; the CPU will rapidly overheat the stock cooler. A quality tower cooler should address your temperature concerns.

Starting to turn off EXPO since it’s heating up. It seems stuck at 6400mhz, but the max boost is only 5200mhz. I’ll install a cooler soon!

That 6400 mhz must be a fluke I cant remember layout of HWInfo on top of my head and what is over that tab, but this CPU cant do 6400.

That's what I expected, though it's reaching over 5900 every day for three days. At 5150mhz it stays under 60°C, and when idle it remains around 38°C.
