Your entire computer is slow. It feels like a 10-year-old office machine. I’m not sure what you think it should be doing, aside from browsing the web and running office programs.

The CPU is a 14-year-old dual-core model, whereas the GPU is just four years old. I’m sure upgrading the CPU could make a difference, but with such a low-end GPU, the gains might be minimal.
