It's typical. Your device works best with a 3600Hz, while mine requires 1.3V at 4050MHz for stability in Prime 95.
Comparing AIDA64 to Prime isn't straightforward, but neither is checking CPU temps. Make sure your system stays cool!
I don’t rely on programs that heavily strain a CPU like Prime 95. I haven’t used it since Intel Haswell. AIDA 64 and OCCT are much closer to what I actually use every day, such as Blender. I achieve around 80°C with the stock cooler during a stress test using a small file size in OCCT. The CPU runs with default settings.
Download and execute Prime95 version 26.6. It lacks AVX support, but it remains at least not overly impractical.
