Hey there, I've attached my Prime95 small FFTs data from a 4.1 GHz processor running at 1.15 volts. I noticed my CPU temperatures spiked to around 101 degrees, which is quite high. I restarted the PC right away to prevent any damage. I'm puzzled about why such high temps appeared at that voltage—Wraith Stealth is problematic, but this seems unusual. Is there a problem with my CPU? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What cpu exactly? Only use hwinfo64 for ryzen temps monitoring and check temps. If they are 101C check temps while doing your normal workload since prime 95 is not a load a cpu would encounter on a daily basis. If temps are normal under your not normal workload, I wouldn't worry about the prime 95 results. If they are still high, re seat the cooler and re apply thermal paste, also Ambient temps? And remove the side panel and check temps.

I didn’t test gaming temperatures yet—just ran Prime95. Your CPU is an R5 3600; you can monitor its stability by checking voltages and temperatures during the test without expecting high benchmark scores.

Run cinebench r20, observe the results, though it won’t be as intense as a full stress test. Verify temperatures during typical operation and confirm stability.

Let it operate at normal settings and lower the voltage if needed. Manual boosting of the stock cooler isn't recommended.

Because the differences between 1.03V and 1.15V are minimal, but at 1.15V the performance drops to 4.1GHz which is still below your target.

The stock cooler already features a thermal paste pad, which means the thermal paste is installed automatically during setup.
