hello i own a gtx 1060 with 6gb ram and a ryzen 5 1600 processor from 2016. it runs fine but i notice fps drops to around 20 when playing games like valorant fortnite. the cpu and gpu are running at 80% at 70c temps. i tried reinstalling windows 11 and 10, updated bios and drivers, but the issue persists. my friends with 1050ti have better performance. anyone have suggestions? i have a ram of 16gb, 3000mhz mobo b350m tomahawk 750w psu.

Hello! I'd be happy to explain the FPS drops. They usually involve a quick drop to around 20 frames, then recover or stay steady for a while. To address this, you can adjust Windows' Power Plan to "Best Performance" via Settings > Power and Sleep > Performance and Energy. Additionally, try closing background apps and monitoring processes that start when the frame rate falls. Let me know if this helps! Thanks! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*
