Even with a weak CPU or RAM, the board should still start up and show a beep code or POST code on the LCD display. I think there might be an issue with power delivery or the outlet you're using. It's strange you're not getting any indication of life despite having two different motherboards and PSUs. It seems unlikely all four components are dead, though a faulty outlet could definitely cause this. Try connecting the system to another outlet in the room on a different circuit breaker.
I've tested various options with the GPU PSU on another circuit breaker, but I also connected my old system to the same cable as the new one—it functioned properly. This suggests my setup works with that PSU.
Alright so an update. Im just really dumb and had the power switch plugged into the wrong pins on the MB. I realized this yesterday even tho i had looked through the manual so many times. So thanks for your guys help anyways.
