I have a Ryzen 3700x Msi X570 Gaming edge WIFI board, an RTX 2070 graphics card, and a 650-watt Corsair PSU. I also own an EVGA 850 watt PSU. I recently got a new case, but it doesn’t work properly—replacing the case and installing everything still doesn’t get it to power on. Swapping the PSU didn’t help either. I’ve changed the RAM, but I’m wondering if the CPU might be the issue.
