Your computer won't start and the GPU fans aren't working. Please assist.
After not using my gaming pc for about two months, I turned it on and all the lights and fans spun at maximum speed. Even after an hour, it gets hot, the GPU fans don’t spin at all, but all the lights stay on. I’ve done the basic things like reseating RAM, different GPUs, and other basics, but nothing works. Please help.
