This is my first time joining a forum and I'm not very comfortable with computers, sorry if it's obvious. I really need some assistance. I'll include my parts list in the post below. For context, I own a pre-built PC from NZXT that I purchased during a Black Friday deal. Recently, I've been playing Grand Theft Auto RP on Twitch, but my performance is quite low. When streaming, I get 20-40 frames, whereas while streaming I see 140-180. I stream on a server named NoPixel that uses custom assets, but I don't think it's affecting my frame rate since they don't improve when I'm not using the extra textures. I also moved from Stream Labs OBS to OBS studio after a YouTube recommendation. IF ANYONE can help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it, please let me know! Also, please share any additional details that might help.

PC SPECS: CPU - Intel Core i7 11700KF Running at 5000 MHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Running at 210 MHz
Motherboard - NZXT N7 Z590
RAM - T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) at 3600MHz (1200MHz per NZXT Cam)
Graphics Card - WD Blue SN570 1TB

Your primary concerns are RAM and GPU performance. Your RAM is operating at 2400MHz instead of the expected 3600MHz, so you need to adjust it in your BIOS. The GPU should also be running around 1700MHz, which suggests the issue is about 95% of the problem. Download Hwinfo64 for more detailed and accurate system information, and please share a screenshot of your app with your computer specifications.

Do you understand what we're discussing? I'm still confused about this. HAHA

That looks great. Clicking the sensors area at the top provides a thorough analysis of each clock speed and temperature in your system. Running a test game will give you accurate maximums, minimums, and averages for both clock speeds and temperatures across all components. Your RAM is operating below its potential 1600MHz with XMP enabled, but you can enable it in BIOS. Your GPU should be hitting around 1700MHz or more, and the memory clock should be near 1200MHz. There seems to be some adjustments happening right now.

ah ok, any thoughts on how I can fix my GPU speeds? and can you link me a good vid on how to increase my memory speeds through the Bios? Heres the breakdown without games running and then with something running.

I can handle it in a short time, but I'm occupied for the next few hours. If you're available, I can walk you through it. You can message me anytime later tonight—especially about the RAM—though I'm not sure yet if the GPU issue is real. For the sensor data, clicking the expand arrows at the bottom left will reveal more readings. Before you share a screenshot, make sure to open the drop-down menus in the CPU and GPU sections labeled Performance Limits.

She walked me through the bios because she knows it better than me. We’re both confused about the GPU stuff, but if you’re available when you can, it’ll be easier for you too.

I’m not sure about the GPU problem either. Could you share the extended sensor screenshot? It might provide more details. I’m not sure why it’s running low, but it could be due to something else if it increases when needed.

Hello! Thanks for the late update! I ran some tests with the program you mentioned, and it appears to start idle when nothing is playing but speeds up during gameplay. Based on that, I think the issue might be different. Also, I haven’t streamed since adjusting my RAM settings, so it could have resolved itself. I’ll let you know tomorrow after finishing my stream! Here are some Task Manager screenshots for reference.
