I was using my PC in normal mode, it powered off completely and the GPU light didn’t come on. The fans spun briefly before stopping instantly. I’m trying to figure out if the power supply or the graphics card is the issue.

Unplug the power supply from the electrical outlet. Once disconnected, hold the case power button for roughly 30 seconds. After reconnecting the PSU, attempt to start the system again.

Check each RAM stick separately in various slots on the motherboard to identify any problems. If you can use a different power supply unit, try testing your system with it as well—though it seems you might not have one. If needed, you could purchase another stick, test it, and return it for a refund if required.

I encountered the same issue again after reinstalling RAM and swapping slots. I had a spare PSU, but the problem persisted.
