Your computer is experiencing random shutdowns and freezes now, even when idle. It was working well about two years ago, but started acting up roughly six months ago. Initially, you thought it was due to games or heavy tasks, but it keeps happening regardless of what you're doing—like chatting on Discord or browsing the web. You ran stress tests and everything looked normal, even after cleaning the system multiple times. The hardware specs are solid: an RTX 3060 i5-11600K with two 8GB NVMe SSDs and an ASUS Z590-A motherboard with an RMA850X chipset.

Check the Event Viewer logs for clues about the crash. Have you updated and reinstalled your BIOS?

I'm not clear on the specifics of the errors causing the crash. I've included the recent error file you mentioned.

There appear to be significant critical issues with power supply and hardware functionality, possibly affecting the CPU or mainboard.

No, I don't have that information. Did you mean to ask about something else?

He used the 3060 for two years without any hardware updates. For secure boot, I should verify I'm not currently connected to the PC.
