Hello everyone I’m facing an issue with my PC. After doing a lot of testing to identify the cause, so far I haven’t found anything. I ran tests on all the RAM using memtest86 and checked the CPU and GPU with Occt, but nothing changed. My power supply restarted immediately when I tested it, and even after restarting, I tried again but it only lasted nine minutes. I suspected a power issue, but after talking to a friend who used a 750W EVGA power supply, everything worked fine—my game ran smoothly without restarting, even after playing for a short time in the area that usually causes restarts. I’m unsure if it’s my GPU since stress didn’t trigger any problems, and I noticed voltage differences between my 6900XT and the 2070 Super I borrowed. I don’t want to change the GPU just yet and think maybe the voltage variation is the reason. Another thing I checked was the Event Viewer, which showed event ID 41 with most events marked as zero. My build details are: CPU - AMD 9 5950X, RAM - 32GB B550 XE, 2x M.2 drives, HDD, and Power Supply - 850W.
I completed the SFC scan, reformatted the PC using all files from the C drive, installed a new driver, and updated the BIOS. Ran DISM image tools and confirmed no component corruption. Performed an OCCT power test and Cinebench results showed temperatures between 68-70°C; initially suspected CPU heat but tests remained stable. Using NZXT X73 360, I ran another test with MSI Kombuster alongside OCCT and Cinebench simultaneously—no issues occurred. From what I understand, the game restarts automatically when I boot and play. I’m unsure what to do next. My last attempt was deleting all GPU drivers; the game still launched without them, and the PC restarted itself afterward.

I’m unsure what to do next. The last thing was deleting all GPU drivers—playing without them still worked—and the PC restarted itself afterward.
Consider reducing the clock speed of the 2070 by about a few hundred MHz and using afterburner to test performance.
Recent update! After some tests, I suspected the GPU might be the issue. I removed it from my PC and tried it with a friend's setup (CPU: AMD 7 3700X, 16GB RAM). The game restarted after the change, leading me to believe the GPU was the problem. If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, please help. Should I replace the GPU? Is there a solution? My build details are: CPU Amd 9 5950X, GPU 6900XT, motherboard ASUS B550-XE, 32GB RAM, 3600MHz, cooling NZXT 73X, M.2 slots, and a crucial P5 power supply with RM 850. If I can't fix it, what GPU should I consider?
I need you to lower the GPU significantly so we can check if it's just a minor issue at full speeds. Some graphics cards experience this problem, and reducing their frequency often resolves it.
I'll give it a shot. The unfortunate part is that numerous users with AMD cards face the same challenge, and even after trying all possible fixes, a resolution hasn't been found. I backed up my BIOS and updated it, but the issue persisted. Eventually, I went back to the original settings.
