You're experiencing performance issues while recording CS:GO on your ASUS Q550 with the GT 745m and i7 4500u. It seems like the problem might be with your system, OBS software, or the recording settings rather than just one of them. Checking resource usage, updating drivers, and adjusting OBS settings could help identify the cause.

What resolution were you recording at? Can you please take printscreens of your OBS settings.

Current settings in CS:GO: Adjust for 1080p if needed. Consider recording at 720p at 30fps.
