It's not a rush but assistance is required. The computer won't turn on sometimes, even after pressing the power button. Occasionally, hitting the power button works, but then I have to press pin 4 and 5 on the right side of the PSU to get it running. However, when I do that, the fans spin fast, yet the RGB RAM stays off. I'm not sure what's going on.

Check ERP settings in BIOS. If active, turn it off; if inactive, enable it.

The setup includes a Ryzen 5 1500X, GTX 1050 Ti, ASUS B450F, full custom water cooling for the CPU block, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM at 3000MHz, and a case with limited mounting options—mostly because I modified it to fit a 240mm airflow.

It appears the connection of the RAM might be the problem. Is there any signs of damage?

It suggests there might be a connection problem, maybe your motherboard isn't properly grounded.

Ram is located in positions 2 and 4. There seems to be no visible damage. You're asking about the meaning of a grounding problem.
