You're unsure about what you're doing, but you gave your best effort. You restarted your computer after adjusting all the settings.

Certainly, that's the point. Turning it off should resolve any problems connected to RAM speed.

With RAM at 2133Mhz versus 3200Mhz, performance will drop significantly. Should you upgrade to faster RAM if it resolves the issue? If not, turning back on OEM settings might still be acceptable.

The XMP settings on my PC are causing frequent blue screen errors.

It's unusual. Although there could be a minor slowdown, it shouldn't be noticeable. However, turning off XMP appears to be worsening the issue. Please re-enable it if you wish.

It seems the issue persists regardless of whether XMP is enabled or not, even after a short period. You haven’t made any other changes besides adjusting XMP.

I restored XMP and it displayed a blue screen again, but now it appears to work properly. I’m hoping this resolves the issue.

I’d check the memory speed details for your CPU and motherboard, including the QVL guide—though it might not cover everything. Determine the highest speeds supported by the board, the CPU itself, and compare those numbers to how much RAM performs when using XMP or standard settings.
