Hey, I’m facing a bit of an issue with my Lenovo gaming Ideapad 3. It has the Ryzen 5600H, RTX 3050 Ti, and a 16 GB Samsung DDR4 3200 MHz SSD with a 512 GB NVMe drive plus an SATA SSD. The system boots from a 1 TB Windows 11 Pro installation. Sometimes my video playback stutters for just a second before resuming, and it happens randomly while I’m working, gaming, or watching YouTube. Even after updating everything and rolling back updates, the problem persists. I’ve kept the Task Manager open to monitor CPU, GPU, and memory usage—all are under 20%, with no spikes or drops. I’ve tried disabling hardware acceleration, switching browsers and games, and removing unused programs, but nothing seems to fix it. I’ve also restored the OS to an older version before, yet the stuttering continues. If anyone else has encountered this issue, please let me know what steps they took next.

Do you have any videos stored on your local storage? If not, download something and check if the stuttering occurs when playing from a local drive.

Disable your NIC temporarily and attempt the local video again. Review system viewer, do you encounter any recurring errors while playing video?

I've already attempted that, actually I removed all Nvidia and AMD software and reinstalled them. It seems to have resolved the issue—it worked once during 9 hours of playtime, around once every 30 minutes. Thanks for your help and time!
