Hello! A friend recently assembled my first PC and I noticed a few issues that need your help.

1. After turning on the PC, everything seems normal, but when I restart it it powers off and the CPU debug light indicates a problem. This also happens if I turn it back on quickly after being off. Leaving it running for about 15 minutes usually gets it back up.

2. Another issue is that my PC doesn’t launch many programs properly. Google Chrome works fine, but games that open show loading but nothing happens afterward. I’ve checked the Task Manager and nothing appears when I start a program.

Please let me know if you need any more details!

Consider using an A or SPEED drive and installing Windows instead; otherwise it might be an SSD or HDD.
