Hello! Here are the details you provided:

- Case: keep it quiet!
- Mainboard: Pure Base 500DX
- CPU: MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4
- Processor: Intel Core i7 13700K
- AIO: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240
- GPU: PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT (16GB)
- RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2x16GB @ 3600 MHz
- PSU: Seasonic Prime GX (850W)
- NVMe SSD: Crucial P5 Plus 1TB
- 2.5" SSD: Lexar NM790 4TB
- 3.5" HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 4TB
- Fans: 6x Lian-Li UNI FAN SL120 RGB

I played a lot of Valorant and have friends using lower-end gear but achieving similar or better performance. At first, I didn’t mind the frame drops because my monitor was 240Hz and I barely noticed them. Now that I upgraded to a 360Hz display, those issues are more noticeable, often dropping below 200 FPS and hitting around 300-320 FPS on average.

My friends run everything at the lowest settings, which helps them maintain stability and higher FPS. I’ve checked temperatures and they’re around 50°C, which is normal. I also watched a video comparing my setup to an RTX 3070, expecting worse performance—but it didn’t match up.

I’m not sure what’s limiting my results, but I’m confident I can reach similar numbers if I adjust something. My English isn’t perfect, so I apologize for any unclear points.

Recent motherboard firmware updates, available drivers, and power management settings like Ultra Low Power State or Multiplane Overlay are being addressed. Temperature performance under load is also being evaluated.

You're asking about verifying the status of updates. You mentioned checking for updates, but your recent search about disabling ULPs and MPOs didn't resolve the issue. It seems you're trying to confirm whether your system is current, but the steps you took didn't work. Consider reviewing your update logs or contacting support for further guidance.

Have you attempted DDU, removing all display drivers and screens via DDU (not the GPU driver installer), and then installing the newest driver for your GPU? Did you notice your GPU being restricted to 80% TDP, and DDU resolved the issue?
