Reduce your RAM speed from 3600 MHz to 3200 MHz. Are you using two RAM modules? Do they match? Consider updating your BIOS or opting for a more stable older version. Check GPU drivers or switch to an older driver. You'll likely need to experiment until you get reliable drivers and BIOS settings. If your RAM wasn't sold separately, try installing one at a time. AMD processors are sensitive to RAM compatibility.

I tried that and it didn't help, but switching from the 1660 super to another one made a big difference. It seems like the GPU might be the issue.

It might just be a GPU driver problem. Occasionally the latest update solves issues, but other times it causes more trouble.
