I recently purchased a new PC and attempted to play CS2, but the screen would turn blue every time and I was redirected to Windows. Your issue is being addressed.

Open Device Manager. Look for any entries containing an exclamation point. If found, click on properties and it should show an error code. You can then look up that code online.
