Prioritize the power delivery path, focusing on the power supply and motherboard. A CPU won't function for eight minutes—restart it, then let it run for eight hours. Generally, they don't fail often, so test different boards and PSUs to see what works best.

If I had to speculate, there might be an issue with the operating system. The best approach would be to test using a live USB or another storage drive to determine if the problem is software or hardware-related. You can create a live USB by following this guide (note it isn't Windows; it's Ubuntu Linux, but file transfers and internet browsing are accessible to anyone). Windows doesn't support live USBs. If the live USB runs smoothly, it likely points to your operating system, allowing you to back up important files while performing a reinstall. The USB aids in file transfers, though storing data on it may not be feasible. If the USB fails, try stressing your PC—this could indicate hardware problems, such as a faulty power supply, which works for booting but crashes under load. I recall a similar experience when using an outdated power supply with a power-hungry GPU.

This seems like a potential update problem. Have you reviewed the Windows logs?

Not sure how to verify the setup, and it keeps restarting after booting from USB when trying to install a new Windows version.

It seems like a faulty power supply unit. The model should be clearly visible on the side of it.

I’ll let you know the model of my PSU, but I’ve already checked the entire system with another PSU—it’s still the same issue. I’m confident it’s not a problem with the PSU itself.
