I completed everything and it indicated corrupted files were fixed. To be extra sure, I ran the DISM command and verified each step. Here are some screenshots from the command prompt. I’ll restart the PC now and give it a try—good luck!

Check for XMP support in BIOS settings and turn it off. Test again to see if performance improves.

I attempted that, but the program collecting data for 60 seconds doesn't complete. That's why I can't save the file.

I’ll handle the XMP file when I get back from work.

Check the C:\Windows directory for any Minidump folders. If found, return to the Windows folder and transfer the entire Minidump directory instead of just its contents. If you don’t have OneDrive, use the desktop; if you do, use the Downloads folder. Be careful with files in the Windows folder—follow the instructions carefully. After copying, compress the folder and include it in your comment.

I already located the dump file yesterday, but I wasn’t sure I needed to compress it for attachment. I plan to do this in an hour once I’m back home.
