That's an MSI OEM board Here's the specs: https://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-ms-7616 Try resetting the BIOS like someone suggested. I don't know if this is your graphics card doing this or the BIOS but it should be in PCI-Express 2.0 mode. the spec sheet i listed says it's 2.0 compatible but it may be wrong also What Graphics card is it?
Consider removing one stick at a time. It seems the board isn't picking up all 8GB of RAM, especially with the first-gen non-overclocked setup. Upgrading to a budget H55 or P55 board would be wise—Gigabyte models are particularly strong in clock speed and RAM layout for handling four sticks around 2000 MHz.
Heres a demonstration of what i mean Cpuz detects 3gb of ram but when i open task manager only 1gb of ram is usable Here i did this deliberately as the 16x ram multi is broken without using more than 1 stick, put 2 sticks in the middle channel of my x58a ud3r to make sure they dont detect properly, just doing a frequency run on my 930 on air to see how high i can clock my rams, 3100 ddr3 is not bad but the sticks can definitely go quite abit further, bout 3400 ish is problably what i can expect out of these
