I built this PC recently in January, and the last time I interacted with it was probably in June. When I tried to power it on today, it seemed normal but when I pressed the power button, it didn’t illuminate properly, and nothing happened. I kept pressing it, yet nothing occurred. The dragon icon on the MSI motherboard stayed lit constantly except when the power supply was off. After switching the power supply to another outlet, the dragon turned back on, but once I powered it off and on again, it wouldn’t light up at all. I checked the outlet and confirmed it was working, there was minimal dust, and it had been sitting unused on my desk. I’m unsure why it stopped functioning. When I changed the power supply connection to a different outlet initially, the dragon lit up again, but after turning off and restarting the PSU, it failed to light. I suspect either a power supply failure or a cable issue. I’m uncertain whether the power supply itself broke after being turned off (or if the PC simply shut down). I have no clear solution and would appreciate any advice or ideas on possible causes.

Low-capacitor units in the power supply may discharge voltage and fail to handle the initial surge, possibly causing the issue you're facing. Are your fans attempting to begin? Do they provide any movement?

They’re not reacting at all, it feels like the entire system has stopped working

The fans aren’t moving at all—it feels like the entire system has stopped working (skip the rest of my reply, I thought I was just responding, but I wasn’t).

Start with basic checks. Gently press on the RAM and all cable connectors. It might seem odd, but sometimes connections aren't established after cooling and resting. This isn't very frequent, yet not unheard of. A video can guide you through testing your PSU. You'll need a digital multimeter for optimal accuracy.
