Is it an application? Because if it is, I can’t use it, and my computer won’t stay running long enough for anything to function, particularly downloading a fresh program.

If your device is failing severely, it might indicate faulty hardware. I’d bring it to a repair shop for diagnosis.

If the system keeps restarting or freezing after disabling the GPU in Device Manager, the issue is likely unrelated to the GPU.

You were correct, I took it to a repair shop where they found one of those small cylindrical components on the motherboard still connected but somewhat loose, and a cable was also slightly damaged (it was strange since I never moved my PC or touched the inside, so I don’t know how it happened). Everything is now fixed. Thanks for your help, ily!
