I recently completed setting up my PC, and everything appears to be working properly. The main issue is that the system keeps displaying Windows 10 without switching to the desired OS. I tried using a flash drive with Windows 10 installation media, and the same problem occurred. In my TikTok or video, the screen remained static for a short time before restarting to the same settings. Could anyone help identify the cause of this problem?

Just to confirm, you managed to install Windows and it's stuck in a boot loop, right? Based on what I've seen, if the problem lies with software, start by inspecting the motherboard. Open BIOS and verify everything is set to default or optimized defaults. Ensure the installation drive is marked as "first boot," then turn off legacy settings and enable UEFI while disabling Secure/Fast Boot. To be extra cautious, disconnect all USB flash drives—including the Windows installer—and any SSD or HDD, keeping only the OS drive. If it still doesn't start, verify if the issue is with Windows itself by attempting a repair: restart three times while interrupting the boot process. If that fails, investigate hardware faults—tighten CPU screws, reinsert RAM (try using just one), or consider updating the motherboard BIOS as a last resort. Another option is to boot in Safe Mode using DDU, though this is unlikely if the OS hasn't loaded yet. Remember, these are general suggestions; your approach may vary depending on your setup. Also, consider removing all USB devices and letting the CMOS battery sit for a few minutes if you can't restore defaults in BIOS.
