I don’t have access to BIOS details. You can check the photo for an orange light on the motherboard.
It's tough to tell which LED it is, but I think it's probably the CPU light. Was your PC in sleep mode?

the issue isn't present on the cou or cou socket, possibly linked to the motherboard or an incorrect driver for windows 11. I'm not sure what to do next.
