Checking the debug LED beneath the QLED reveals the leftmost one is the CPU. I’d consider updating your BIOS to the newest version if you haven’t already. Should that not fix the issue, I’d reinsert the CPU and examine the socket pins for any bent connections.
This motherboard allows BIOS flashback, eliminating the need to enter the BIOS manually. Simply place a USB drive containing the BIOS file into the designated USB port labeled BIOS. Press the BIOS flashback button as instructed in your user guide.
