I’m confident it’s possible. Your setup has a 24-pin connector and a 12V connector, but you’re missing the front panel connectors. That shouldn’t impact your connection as long as the other components fit. I removed the GPU for testing.

Begin swapping the memory cards, take out one and attempt to restart the system again. If that fails, try the other one. Ensure it fits into a different port.

You recently attempted the process, removed the component, and changed the RAM slots, but it didn't function properly.

Will not function without a GPU, though

The PC should work fine even without the GPU, as long as you have it installed.

It doesn't seem to be a good idea.

Because the chip lacks a built-in GPU, I’m uncertain about its activation. Start by inserting the GPU first, then connect the front panel cables and attempt to power up the system.

The issue lies with my front panel connectors since my case isn't compatible with them. I'm attempting to link my GPU.

You’ll need to use a tool like a screwdriver each time, but a simple case will make the process much smoother.

You can activate your computer without being plugged in by using a power switch or a battery-powered adapter. Since there are no mainboard power switches, check for a USB power button or a small battery connector near the motherboard.
