I assembled the PC and it powers up but shows no screen. The debug LED on the CPU is flashing white. I've tested various fixes but need assistance. My RAM doesn't illuminate when I power it on either. Could you help? System details: MSI B550 Gaming Plus, R5 3600, RTX 3070, Aorus Master Corsair Vengeance Pro, 32GB, 3000MHz, master cooler, 360mm.

The CPU indicator light is on, indicating a problem with the processor. Have you attempted to reattach the CPU?

Reset CMOS. Verify the EPS power connectors (CPU 8-pin) on both sides are securely connected. Take out the CPU and inspect the pins. If any are bent, lightly straighten them using a needle or toothpick. Look for debris in the socket and clean it with isopropyl alcohol if needed. Replace the CPU and RAM. Update your BIOS using the BIOS Flashback function on your motherboard. Go through the steps you previously attempted again. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, there could be a more serious problem—your board might be faulty, or the CPU could be nonfunctional. The PSU may also be dead or incompatible; I’ve encountered unusual behavior with older power supplies. B550 boards use ATX 2.4 stages, but an ATX 2.1 or 2.2 PSU can cause crashes or failure to boot. I experienced a crashing issue with my Ryzen 5 3600 when paired with an outdated PSU a few years back. Each time the CPU entered P-state from P2 to P0, the system would fail. It took nearly a week of troubleshooting before identifying the fix—switching to a newer PSU resolved the problem.
