Hello. From the title, I believe the issue might be with my PC not displaying properly. It powers on but shows only a black screen with a white line flashing on the top left. This happened after the neighborhood power went out. After it restored, I tried turning it on again and noticed the same problem. My concern is whether it’s related to my SSD.

It seems you're likely trying to post but not starting up. Consider disconnecting your storage device and entering the BIOS settings. If this resolves the issue, proceed to the BIOS to verify your boot sequence. A dead CMOS battery could have altered your system settings, causing this behavior.

Check the motherboard's instructions, as I can only view part of the display.

I followed everything the gigabyte website recommended. The boot process started on all SATA devices. Once done, I powered off the PC, reconnected each SATA cable, and now the system shows it can't find the operating system. I plan to disconnect any drives without OS and then restart the computer.

If that doesn't work, your drive might be damaged. You can attempt to mount it on another device to check for recoverable files, then reinstall the OS, or use recovery software. For Windows, you can utilize the installation media to attempt to repair the current setup.
