I'm using an Intel core i3-3240 processor, an Asus H61M-C motherboard, 8 GB of 10600 DDR3 RAM, a YSON g530 power supply, and a 120 GB SSD. This machine has been with me for nearly ten years, but the past two years have been quite frustrating. When I turn off the power supply, it doesn't boot Windows right away—it stays off until I force a restart and hear a beep. Then it goes to BIOS and asks me to pick a boot device. I've tried many fixes, changed the operating system several times thinking it was an OS issue, and even swapped out RAM, PSU, and storage without any improvement. Can you help me understand what happened?

Have you attempted to replace the CMOS battery? It’s very affordable and the issues you’re experiencing might point to a faulty CMOS cell.

Initially nothing shows up on the screen. After a few aggressive restarts on the computer, it starts up and displays an F1 warning message.
