Remove the board from the case and place it on the anti-static wrapper it came with. Leave only the CPU, heat sink, and speaker attached. Connect power and use a screwdriver to connect the power pins. If no errors appear, the board or CPU is likely dead, or there may be an issue with your PSU. The best way to confirm is to replace parts or bring it to a repair shop for testing. Speaker is located at the bottom middle.
