I need more details. Are fans running? Is there any activity? Did you replace parts or relocate the PC before this problem? Consider resetting the CMOS.

I assembled this computer yesterday and all the fans are spinning. I tried resetting the CMOS.

Remove the RAM and attempt to boot the system. Do you encounter any RAM-related issues?

Would you like me to provide a quote next time? It means I’m more likely to reply. Have you ever seen any posts before? Are there any debug LEDs? Are the GPU fans running? Given that the PC parts are quite old, I’m assuming you’ve used them.
