Your PC runs an i5-7640x but isn't recognizing the new i9-10900x. After trying several steps—swapping RAM, resetting CMOS, updating BIOS—the issue persists. The motherboard is compatible with the i9. Please confirm if the CPU and other components match your system requirements.

Hello, are there any diagnostic codes or beep patterns displayed? Have you tested using one stick at a time?

No error codes, and yes—I tested it with just one stick at a time.

This model is the i9-10900 X, not the updated i9-10900 K. The i9-10900X uses the X299/LGA 2066 Extreme chipset. @MihaiOG which BIOS version are you using? The i9-10900X needs the most recent BIOS version F8l; F8k isn't available in the download section.

Sorry for the mistake. I mistakenly went to the 10900k.
