The computer isn't responding when you press the power button, but the cooler and fans activate briefly after turning on the PSU. Someone might be experiencing an issue with the power supply or cooling setup. The specs you mentioned seem normal, and the PC had no problems for a while before this happened.

Restart the motherboard BIOS. Attempt to access it without any storage attached. Does the RAM configuration match 1x16GB or 2x8GB?

I don't have a dedicated GPU and I've verified all the cables. I'm only using an APU.
