Two days ago I attempted to power on my PC, but it failed repeatedly—first it turned on and off several times before stopping completely. Now that I’ve connected the power supply, I see a green signal on the motherboard and a solid blue light on the case. Is this related to the PSU or something else?

We require additional information beyond just a green power indicator. Please share your complete system specifications. Apart from the lights, does the machine display any activity, such as fans turning on?

Getting a backup power supply to try your computer on is a solid starting point.

Apologies for the delayed response. It turns out this PC is secondhand, so I don’t recall where I stored the specs photo. I’ll look for it again later.

Check for ATX power supplies made recently that fit your needs. Ensure they provide sufficient wattage for your GPU. Consider doing a CMOS reset and re-seating all parts.

I completed the CMOS reset and reinserted all parts. Right now, I don’t have an ATX power supply available.
