Your motherboard doesn't recognize your graphics card but shows up for the other ones. It only works with certain mobos besides yours. By "no read" I mean it doesn’t show anything on the screen at all. This occurred during an upgrade when you changed both the motherboard and CPU. Have you explored alternative slots on your motherboard alongside the graphics card?
Do you have an alternative graphics card ready to test? Are all the pins correctly positioned and undamaged, visible to the eye? Also, did you ensure your case is grounded at various points—just in case you stepped on a carpet or something similar? (unlikely but not impossible).
If it doesn't connect to POST, I suspect it hasn't started using HDDs yet. I'd attempt to disconnect all components except one RAM stick and the power-on circuit, keeping only the GPU connected, then test functionality. Also, reset the CMOS by removing the small coin cell battery from your motherboard for five minutes before reinserting it.
I attempted that before, tried once more and kept the CMOS overnight while also updating the BIOS with a different card. I’m uncertain which component is causing the issue. I’ve reviewed your PC troubleshooting post and everything looks okay there. It might help to note that your motherboard is brand new and the GPU is used or possibly refurbished. That could be related to the problem.
